Ring "Filo"

Returns only apply due to manufacturing defect.

If the size you chose for your ring was not the correct one, we will gladly change it. The change of size has a cost of 350 Mexican pesos and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number, the shipment will take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reach your home, you can track your order directly with the guide number provided.

The packages are NOT insured, if you require insurance you can notify us when making your purchase and 4% of the total value of your purchase will be charged. This ensures that in case of loss of the package, the parcel will pay the total of your purchase.
